Positive: A/c, housekeeping, swimming pool, easy access to everything, and temperature in swimming pool water Negative: I arrived on Saturday and water on swimming pool was soo dirty, after Tuesday I think they replaced it or cleaned it and we could see clean water. Also breakfast was poor, even though food is limited, if you want to repeat plates you can¿t because food

Muy mal en la manana cuando fuemos para desayuna, La senora alta la cocinera se porto muy feo con mi hermanita. Your employees need to have good communication skills customer service w the people they serve! You also need to let people know that they can start a line to eat food not just have them waiting at a table como idiotas. ????

No refrigerator, no aircon, the phone is not working. ????u200d???? it’s noisy in night . But the receptionist staff is good very accommodating I appreciate her I don’t know her name. The food is great they are so hardworking. And Cesar help me to find the salon, massage ????u200d♀️ shout out to Cesar very appreciate it!

Didn't have our room we got with 2 beds. Had to share 1 bed amongst 3 of us.. Noise all night and most things in the room didn't work. The worse thing was seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned. There was hair everywhere in the tub and floors, including the bed. Next day I woke up with rash all over my body. I was livid and left that same day to another hotel. The girl in front was rude and didn't want to give me my money back. I have picture of my rash. DO NOT recommend staying there. ????

Stayed here this past weekend with my gf. I would not recommend staying here. The Air Conditioner in the room did not work. Just blew out hot air. The bed was uncomfortable as well as the pillows. Never again!

I was there for a conference only. Their conference room is nice and clean.

Hotel is clean and breakfast buffet is good.
I only wish they had a small refrigerator in the room to keep my drinks cold.
If they added a microwave, that would be awesome
