Positive: The pool the maintenance man Negative: At check in the young man was very rude. We had a trash can holding up our bed which fell on the floor. The tub and sheets had hair. They wanted to move us to a room with no AC

Ok place to stay, it's a little pricey but the room was very clean and the cleaning staff very friendly on the second floor. Door man was very helpful and let my wife sit in the lobby, not allowed, as she was having an asthma attack. Restaurant was expensive, $4 for a beer but tacos were tasty. Hotel felt very safe and staff very helpful. Would stay again but drink elsewhere.

A nice and clean hotel to stay the night. The hotel has a nice pool, along with bar and restaurant. The staff is super helpful.

Positive: Great staff but hotel is dated and kinda more worn than not clean. Needs a remodel. Even towels had holes. Wifi not working

Hotel looks nice from the outside but for the price I paid for the room, no microwave, no mini-fridge not even a coffee maker and the worst is that you cannot control the A/C in the room, first time I had experienced that. Room was clean and friendly staff, but I wouldn't come back.

Our experience here was fantastic! We stayed on the 6th floor and Omar Rangel was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make sure we were doing well and having a good time. He’s very social too, making conversation and keeping the vibe going. Truly enjoyed his company and his help!!!

The hotel itself was great too! Clean rooms, great service, and reliable wifi. 10/10 recommend.

Loved the room size/layout. Pool was nice too, although often crowded. Service was also to expectations. You can get food/drinks to pool area, they have a restaurant that offers buffets, they have a bar area separate from where the buffet takes place, and of course you can get room service. My only complaint is that elevators did not work during out stay, only on the first and last day.
