Stay here for a day with my family. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Rooms and the entire facility was really clean. We enjoy the indoor pool as it was really peaceful and clean. Rooms have convinent coffe maker and iron with iron board. The only thing missing was a mini fridge it would be of great convenience specially when you have young kids.

Hotel was great clean!! staff were also great beds were really comfortable my kids didn't want to get up from it

Poor service. Not so friendly staff. Towels are old and smell like cigarettes.
Food in the buffet are only leftovers and not even warm. No amenities at all. Lobby area is closed. AC never worked, filters are dirty causing allergies.

Pool was closed the whole time. The gym sucked, and there was a hair in my donut. The breakfast was luke warm. I didn't get my refund even though I left 3 days early. Reason for two stars is it was pretty close too CONSULATE. Not too close, still had to get a Didi and the rooms were good except the door too door connection between rooms can hear people snoring and talking. They probably heard me plowing. Never going hear again. I'm choosing Holiday Inn express next time.

Customer service was great, everyone genuinely greets you and is helpful, breakfast was delicious but unless you purchase it with an online booking it’s ridiculously expensive to pay for it at the counter. Hotel in general needs an update every gives you an “old” feeling.

If you are going to the US consulate in cd. Juárez. I don't recommend very dirty . no deep clean in rooms.also was charge extra even though my reservations state $208.05 charge $240.89. Had reservation for 3 days but only needed one night checked checked out 1st day and stated that they will not be refunding me even though I checked out and they use that room.No microwave nor no refrigerator. See pictures of the dirty room . Also gym and pool close charge alot even though this Amenities are not available for guests/ your consumers..

If you come to this hotel just pay for the days that you are actually going to stay, they don't refund you back if you check out early. Over all the service ok.
