Used to be a much better hotel. Ice machines were broken on three floors. Room service food was bad. Meats used in club sandwiches and breakfast omelettes was very cheap. Bacon in club sandwich was slimy, mostly fat, and undercooked. Made a reservation for 4 days. Got locked out of my room after working a 15-hour work day and had to haul the food and computer equipment/backpack down to the front desk to find out that they only charged one night to my credit card. Had to get my keys restored and haul everything back up to my room again. The breakfast bar and happy hour is good though. They just need to fix a few things to get back to the great hotel that they were when they first opened.

We enjoyed our stay beautiful hotel. But for breakfast we stayed in line for about 30 to 45 minutes. There were only 2 people working the breakfast line and by the time it was my husband and I turn therr were slim pickings to choose from.

Overall, I was very disappointed during my stay, especially because the nightly rate was overpriced for what you get. I even checked out in advance (wasted one night) because it was pretty uncomfortable. The cleaning lady tried to push me to clean the room before 2 pm and I decided to decline the cleaning for the day instead. Rooms were outdated and could be cleaner. Pillows were not cozy, beds were ok. The reception staff was friendly. WiFi was super slow and kept disconnecting. Breakfast was good but it was very cheap to only be able to choose between coffee or juice. Not a recommended option for lodging in Chihuahua.

I will definitely be returning. From the moment I walked in to the moment we left I was very happy with my stay. Rested so much I even missed on the breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were just what I wanted. As soon as I walked in my room had a pleasant odor of clean and the room was spacious. All in all I am very satisfied with my stay. I look to stay here again for my next visit.

Delicious beds! Two types of pillows depending on your taste. Also great breakfast and service. I was going up to my room with my baby so a maid helped and walked with me all the way to my room with our coffee. Would stay there again.

Excellent hotel! It has everything you need near-by and inside. Pool. Gym, cleaning room and more. Open beer bar from 6 to 8 with food and snacks. Breackfast from 6 to 10 really nice. I definitely will come again.

The TV has no visible HDMI access, so I had to unmount it to connect the cable, and it was a nightmare, and the "mini microwave" didn't work (at least in room 255 (2nd Floor)
