Other than a confusion by the hotel's staff regarding payment in which we were told that our stay was fully covered but was really not (e.g., we were not asked for form of payment at check-in or check-out), everything else including the hot breakfast, and area transportation, was great.

During my stay I was working night shift, the cleaning personnel was super friendly and keep my room clean and tidy everyday. In the other hand I requested almost daily a wake up call at 5:30 p.m. that never receive. Additionally, I sent my working uniforms to the laundry and they lost them all for 5 whole days until I reclaimed and they realized that only in underwear they would have to reimburse me around $200 USD magically that same day everything appeared. They still charged me for the laundry service.

Sincerely I would not come back.

They are good in taking your money.
Checked out of the hotel earlier and they charged full amount. Overcharged by about $1000 dollars. Hotel issued a refund 15 days ago and gave me a copy of the refund transaction. Problem is the refund never came. Hotel brushed me off when I called them 15 days later and advised me to call my credit card company. And I am a Spire member! You've been warned now.

I recommended.
Breakfast can be improved.
This hotel is basic if you want to use it as a holiday hotel. But, for work is perfect. It has all you need.

We stayed one night and enjoyed room amenities. However, television channels were very limited. When we asked the front desk attendant for a list of available channels we were told he had no idea - didn't offer any suggestions either. When I tried to request a wakeup call, the room telephone button could not connect me to the attendant - tried calling the front desk with no success either. Although we left the next morning a little before 7 a.m., no coffee of signs of breakfast preparations were visible. The front desk attendant was not very helpful when we asked for coffee....

Due to problems with the banks in Mexico and lack of a system to deal with it I took over an hour to check out and was only able to leave after I was able to come up with a way to pay cash. Other than that the rooms are good, the check out made this the worst stay I have had at this hotel. I will be going back since I believe they did not understand that it was a bank issue in Mexico issue. None of my credit cards worked and when I spoke to my bank it was not on my side. The desk staff was polite but the manager they called was not and was not supportive of their issue. The bank was also rude to them. Rooms are good, clean, safe and food near hotel is good. Ran out of Bacon for breakfast. Gave me some bananas as I left. Good staff.

The hotel is clean, pleasant and has excellent staff, the happy hour is a very welcome bonus and means there is no need to leave the hotel in the evening unless you wish to. The location is excellent, very easy to get to, major shopping opportunities nearby if wanted.
Overall a pleasant experience.
I will be back.
