Excellent customer service, great location, beautiful and well maintained grounds and facilities.

I never hesitate about staying in this hotel, even under the circumstances; because of the cordial and competent staff I have the confidence that the facilities are well cleaned and disinfected after each stay.

Just recently I was upgraded to a two bedroom suite; the following day I was upgraded again to their biggest suite of the facility. Fantastic.,!!

My wife and myself have stayed at this facility for years now and we would not change this facility for any other hotel in the city.

Nice hotel and rooms. It was good to have a 3 bed room to stay with family. The bed and pillows are not comfortable. There was a noise of a big hvac system all night. Did not sleep well.

Your Hotel was very clean. The staff was great and went out of their way to help you with anything you needed. I enjoyed my 8 week stay very much. I was glad it was a pet friendly Hotel. I enjoyed seeing people with their pets.

Although this is a beautiful facility; it is now in need of some TLC.. or lack of regular maintenance.

It might be because of COVID situation but for the first time in any of my stay bdrige stays; have I ever seen pool lounge chairs ripped apart, with no one in the facility having a care. Either you repair or remove the chairs from sight.

The staff mentioned that a new order for chairs have been placed .. we will see next time.

Overall this has been a good experience as usual.

The property still looks new. The front desk staff were great. The breakfast offerings were typical. The pool area was very quiet. I ate breakfast outside most mornings and spent some time working outside as well. Bedding was excellent. The only thing that could have been better was the quality of the towels. A few of them were starting to fray. No big deal. I will stay there again.

From the moment you arrive until you check out is just totally amazing! Husband and I took the weekend off and took our kids for a mini vacation! The service, the food, the room and the whole facilities are just confortable, clean and beautiful! The staff always very nice and helpful! We loved every moment spent! Totally worth for the price paid! We totally felt like we were on a long vacation!
Number 1 hotel in Chihuahua city!
