This place has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. If I could give it -5 stars I would. None of the employees have had any training at all. Trying to get someone to help you get something stacked up high is crazy. I waited 50 minutes for them to find someone to drive a forklift, then the forklift would not start. I tried to call the number day to see if someone could help if I went back. The woman on the phone just kept hanging up on me. I will never spend my hard earned money at a shotty place like this. Shame on you HD for not keeping this place in order!

Went to get items...no help can not answer simple question...they glues doors that were broken and selling them as new... unbelievable I miss Lowe's at least Lowe's tried...I will never go back to Home Depot Mexico...cheaper and more helpful at other local shops! The the small local shops tell you where to find items they don't have...for the same door at Home Depot I bought at my local for 30% of what it cost at home Depot

Really slow cashiers. A lot of missing price tags. Went to buy a piece of wood, paid for the cuts and there was nobody to do the job, went to get my money back and the line was really long and slow

In terms of the selection on items it is really good. However, the service is pretty horrible and it gets packed regularly.

Great place. Very well stocked and plenty of cash registers open. Came here to get remodeling ideas.
