Super great location, pretty nice furniture, amazing beds, place very clean and neat.
Food from the restaurant is great, although the personnel at the restaurant wasn't nice at all and made us wait a lot and didn't even apologize, also we had to get up and look for a high chair, napkins and forks... The food was great, but again.. The service was awful.

The room was comfortable, the food was okay. No many options to eat and food is not free for kids as the website indicated. The hotel is not even aware of the offer that the ihg website does.

This place is so relaxing and peaceful. The staff is wonderful, the location is very close to downtown and easy access to major thoroughfares to go to other areas of the city or to enter and leave the city.
The food is delicious and such great service.
Overall, marvelous experience. I have stayed here at least five times and keep coming back. Perfect for our needs.

I have used this hotel many times . I lived here for around 16 months wile working for my comp. I always have felt very safe there . love the way the rooms are set up with out side door gives it more of a homey filling to me. the staff has always been very friendly and willing to take care of any needs I've had. the quality of the food from the bar/restraint is not always the greatest but have had worse they could have a better selection and consistent quality of food during happy hour. I also like the location of this hotel it is within walking distance of the down town area with the open air markets the cathedral, governors pales and other things to see and do.

The room is very comfortable. The hotel is like old but very clean and very nice. They had a pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast is included. The downtown of chihuahua is like 10 minutes. They had a lot of commodities.
The bed is so soft and the pillows feels so good.
The pool was unclean but we called to maintenance to fix that problem.
It is a good option to stay a few days.
