Disappointing
We are locals who have been here several times with our kids. This time round (Oct 2022) the pool wasn’t heated enough and our kids were freezing in the pool. Many other families left after a short while. Our kids were so disappointed because they could not swim.

Shame on the management for cutting costs this way.

Good place to stay with family around downtown. Look for tour operators if you are interested in accommodation and touring deals.

It's an okay hotel. Really close to downtown. However, the mattresses are really hard (like floor hard) and there is not enough parking for the number of rooms. We found out about this first hand when trying to park back at the hotel late at night. Not cool.
Service was good and breakfast buffet was good. I might stay again because of the price, but I think I might try my luck elsewhere.

We love the swimming pool here - it's not too deep and perfect for our kids! The last time we were here we had a great room/bed as well, but I think this time we got a room that perhaps hasn't been renovated yet. The beds were really really firm, and the cleaning wasn't up to the usual standards (mirror was dirty, there were no towels in the bathroom). Otherwise a great place to stay.

Very good location as it is near the Center (walking distance). Didn’t use the pool but looked good. They had security guard at entrance. I parked my motorcycle by door and was safe. Hospitable staff, nice large comfortable rooms. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again even though I may have overpaid at $75. Then again it was the weekend on Mexico Independence Day.

My stay was pleasant, calm and relaxing. The swimming pool was great. There is a very nice patio to sit under the trees and read a book or view a movie.
The room is nice and clean and firm bed mattress. The breakfast buffet was good, nothing different than other buffets.

Flexible rate during this Pandemic. Well I booked a room here two times but was not refundable. It's quite a pleasant place to stay and it close to the hospital and Downtown.
