Went there looking for a GoPro case. They were extremely limited on accessories. The lady working in the electronics department was more concerned about helping the lady who got there after me an literally just pointed me to where I already looked an carried on. The store is a little over priced but extremely clean. With the “wonderful” customer service an the high prices its a wonder why they went out of business in the USA an Canada.

A great department store. You can find everything you need for your house here. All the electronics you wish for, toys, clothing, shoes, appliances, sports goods, hardware and it has a candy snack area. Really delightful time when you walk around this Sears. Sometimes, people are not so friendly like in the watch section because "you interrupt them" to ask about a watch. But, when you skip that seller (who sometimes is the supervisor of the area) , the rest is great.

I was so happy to find this Sears in Cancun! It was like going back to my childhood when we used to pick our Christmas wish list from the Sears catalog every year. This Sears is located in the largest shopping mall in Cancun (Plaza Las America’s).
It’s more of a department store like Sears used to be, well-stocked, neat and full of quality goods. It was easy to find salespeople to help me inside and their prices were very good. I got a couple of necessities u0026 was out in a flash. Really glad it’s there!

Nobody is willing to help, there is no answer for any doubt customers has to come and creat their own choose without any supper for the employees

I was impressed this store is very close to the ones in the US. I found a few things that I couldn't live without. If your looking for American size undergarments this is a good place to look.
