Good flavor on food, not the best presentation, soup was all spilled out and the staff not like very friendly. BUT soup is very good :) I think is like a nice place to have lunch with AC clean and quiet in a work day

Service is good, staff is attentive, prices are fair and the menu es well planned for an Italian restaurant, however, in my opinion the pasta could be better. I still prefer Rolandi's for pasta.

Digital menu is complicated, I understand it’s a requirement due to the pandemic but 2 years after it all started, this restaurant hasn’t come up with something that can actually be useful. All you are presented is a QR code and the Wi-fi password so you can pull the menu in your cellphone, we’ll the thing is that the menu is a letter size pdf, the layout is divided in 4 columns to include pictures of the dishes and a brief description of what it is, typical of a menu. The thing is that the whole thing isn’t mobile friendly (see attached photo), you keep zooming in and out to navigate the whole thing, to make matters worse the font size is probably 5 or 6 pt. I requested something printed and they were kind enough to bring me the printed version, still text was too small, think of the really fine print on your credit card contract. It’d be nice if the manager reads this review and does something to make the menu more user friendly, while I was there I saw everyone around was asking for the printed menu and having a difficult time to adjust their reading distance based on their sight capabilities. Why make things complicated for your customers?

The Olive Garden was amazing as usual. Nice clean location with blasting AC. Was seated right away. The location offered both an English and Spanish copy of the menu. The service was good. My servicer was also fluent in English. Fresh hot bread sticks. Food came out fast an hot. I was able to enjoy the lunch special what was super filling an included a drink as well. Very affordable an a bit cheaper then the USA.

Everything was perfect. Food was good, the waiter was very nice to us. Nothing to complain about.

I recommend this place to all of you who come to Plaza de las Americas.

Chicken is not good. Great alfredo sauce. The panolis used to be great and now they are not the same recipe as the ones in the USA.

This restaurant is great, the servers are friendly and Nice, the food it's great and tasty and delicius, the drinks are of fruits and fresh, and the bread is tasty
