Very difficult company to reach. Trying to reach them to make a modification to a tour and they don’t respond to emails or answer their phone. Same issue when trying to get clarifications with tours. Will come back to revise this if situation improves, but right now I can’t recommend this company.

Edit: Upping stars from 2 to 3. Mixed bag. Both tours we went on were great, and were good prices. But still never reached anyone on the phone. And when I wanted to cancel one tour, they wouldn’t let me due to some very fine print about the tour being booked during covid. But we also booked airport transfers with them which went smoothly, and they were kind enough to change times for those twice. And they did eventually contact me via text messages. If they could fix their communication issues, I would recommend them. Just check the fine print!

Be prepared for a very long day! Take a mask. You have to wear it in the open air check in area. We weren't told that. We were only given 1 hour and 20 minutes at Ek Balam. I would have rather had more time then have an hour to shop in a Mayan Village town which was just more tourist shops. No tour of this village, No Mayan ceremony as it was stated. The Cenote and the ruins were the best part. The rest was just more tourist traps. No drinks are included with lunch. You pay for them. You are given one small bottle of water in the morning. I believe you should give another after leaving the ruins. People were dehydrated. Bring tip money for all the people you need to tip. In the bathroom, shower, dancers, restaurant, Ek Balam guide, drivers and other guide. They give a sack breakfast of a ham sandwich, juice, apple and candy. I think an empanada and fruit would have been better.

They are an agent that book tours .
We did ATV and zip line u0026 las coloardos (pink lagoon tour). They are very well priced at the time of writing as when we met other groups they had paid a lot. My wife got sick one day and they cancelled and rearranged our tour free of charge. They are very polite and readily available with any queries using wats app.

The tour guide was so fun and shared many useful information with us throughout the whole day! We were the only two persons who don’t understand Spanish but he still tried his best to explain everything bilingual, very much appreciate!

The tour was great, everyone was friendly and the places are beautiful. They were on time for everything, including pick up.

Ansolutely fantastic experience! The Chichenitza tour was the highlight of our trip. Great bus, amazing snacks and lunch, friendly and sweet stuff! Recommend to everyone, reasonably priced and the level of organization surpassed our expectations! Will be back hopefully soon!

My group of friends and I really enjoyed this experience from start to finish! We learned so much at the Mayan Ruins, had a refreshing swim at the cenote, and finished off with a great lunch. They even accommodated my dietary needs (vegetarian)! Definitely would book again!
