We had Carlos as our waiter. He was truly the most amazing person and was very quick to ask if we needed anything. He brought our food in a timely manner and in order from appetizers to dessert. The food was absolutely fabulous! Anyone in Cancun, I truly recommend this place!! Carlos is the man! 10/10 food abs service.

The food has definitely improved since my last time here. Everything I ordered was flavorful and big portions. However, the service is a bit lacking. The waiters were a bit inattentive and the main dish took far too long to come. To get to the restroom, you have to walk across the complex which is very odd, considering that they have a restroom in the restaurant but that’s used for employees. But overall, a pretty decent experience.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Had a great birthday surprise! The wait staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful time at this establishment. The food was great, the drinks one of a kind and best service ever!! Shoutout to Rafael who was our server, he was an absolute delight????thank you for making our stay that much more enjoyable????????we look forward to coming back!!!

We had the most amazing time! We went 2 nights because the food and service were so good. I only eat gluten free and the waiter went above and beyond to ensure all that I ordered was gluten free. The sauce to what I ordered had gluten, so he went to get me a gluten free sauce - totally above and beyond.

Service was amazing, we didn't have to wait to ask for anything, food was delicious. We will definitely be coming back here the next time we are in Cancun!!

J. Carlos was the best waiter ever I really enjoyed myself. He has great people energy and I will recommend this place for anyone who wants a great experience.

AMAZING! The food is incredible. The staff is INCREDIBLE. The service is OUTSTANDING. I’m from new york and none of the kosher restaurants there are as good as Ember. If you’ve been to any kosher restaurant in New York you’d know they lack good service. The Ember has some of the best service I’ve come across. Pedro is the best! Try the ember tacos, schnitzel and churros!
