Terrible water pressure in sinks. Toilets don’t always flush and often without tissue. One sheet for the bed with one tiny pillow and that’s it. Beds are loud at night because all of the mattresses are inside of plastic. Won’t turn A/C down when you ask. No A/C during the day (starting at 9AM). Breakfast is only two slices of toast and water/juice. Wifi either doesn’t work or has one bar and very slow. Stubborn and rude employee at front desk at night. Will not stay here again.

Edit: Also the reception area and hallway can flood during a storm.

It was ok, no towels (have to pay 3 usd) and after I check out I wanted to wait in the hostel for my bus (30 min) and they didn’t let me stay! And ask for 50 pesos for me sitting in a hostel that I was sleeping at, horrible !
*there is an amazing guy at the reception, the girl not!

I had a very big and heavy suitcases, so was not easy to enter at the room, which was in a second floor, great location, nice service, the breakfast is very basic but you have great options to move around, transportation and restaurants

This hostel is great, the staff is lovely, the rooms spacious, breakfast is simple but tasty, and the location right next to ADO is amazing

Decent place, clean, good location. But staff was the downfall. I needed time after I checked out to sort my travel plans. And they asked me for more money and were very rude.

Very clean and quiet place. Located in the middle do the city. Can easily sleep at night

Staff was nice and friendly! I felt safe during my entire stay. Great if you’re looking for something calm and relaxing. It’s not one of those crazy party hostels. Amenities included WiFi, breakfast, computer, printer, games, pool, etc!!! Also steps away from the ADO bus station which was extremely convenient! 5 STARS. Telling all my friends and family about this hostel!! Super affordable!
