I booked a stay for last minute and this hotel accommodated us quickly. The room was very clean and modern, everything worked perfect. Staff was really friendly and when it was time to Checkout we were still at the beach so we called and asked if we can delay our stay for an extra hour and they did which was so generous of them. Hotel has a beautiful rooftop with a fantastic view of Cancun. I will definitely come back!!

It was a nice hotel. Perfect location and it was up to date. Felt modern and it was quiet. I got good rest here and it is close to the ADO stop and a grocery store nearby. I would honestly stay here again. It has a pool as well and a beautiful rooftop.

This hotel is good if your room is on the inner side - terrible if your room is looking to the Main Street. The isolation is very very poor! The first night we had to sleep in the room looking to the main street, because of the traffic noise and construction noise and the weird smell of the detergent - we couldn’t sleep at all. However next days we moved to another room which was much better. Silent and cleaner. So I must thank you to the reception people, they helped us a lot with the move.
Also they only give you one keycard for the room. If you ask another one, you need to pay 10 dollars (not even as a deposit) - that’s not a normal hotel behavior.
The roof top was nice but the late night music is definitely disturbing. Why to put a bar on top of a hotel without isolation?
The restaurant downstairs was okay - breakfast not good.
It is walking distance from the Ado bus station, but hard to cross the road - no traffic lights.
Overall, I don’t think I would stay there again.

Great location in town, hopefully will be quieter once the construction finishes, however many of the room balcones now have a new building so close that it blocks the view of the city. The rooms are clean and look tidy, however our balcony door didn't lock, we had burnt out lightbulbs, issues with the plumbing, and a large roach in one room.

Most horrible service ,been there two weeks ago ,got locked out of our hotel room when we returned from touring the city after paying all the money when we all checked in. Inquired as to why we were locked out from our hotel rooms ,they stated we have to give them $3000 pesos again which was never relayed to us upon checking in. Veronica gave me and my family the total ,I paidand she placed the hand bands on each of us,Sergio attitude is terrible,Veronica attitude is terrible,Julio (the supervisor) attitude is terrible(as he told them to lock us out of our rooms to solicit more money from us),I would not recommend this place. After calling security,an getting our belongings we immediately left even though we paid for 5 days there. Even the maid attitude was terrible,they are very racist to,as I observed there interactions with persons of different descents. I WOULD NOT recommend here. They deserve no stars .

Do not book this hotel unless you enjoy to have disco lights flashing through your window combined with the noise of loud music and partying people all night! Even earplugs didn’t have any effect.

If you are used to traveling in Mexico, the hotel is by all means nice. Super nice. It is not in a sketchy area at all, and you'd only think it is sketchy if your only experience in Mexico is the hotel zone in Cancun. It is walking distance to street food, souvenir stalls, and restaurants. It's close enough to the bus station that you can walk, but it isn't right next to it so you aren't immediately near all the bus station traffic.

I didn't have any issue with hot water nor did I have an issue with noise from the top floor, and I was on the fourth floor.

However, the big con is that I made the booking through booking dot com and paid through there, and then I was charged again at check in. Partly on me for not speaking up when I paid a second time (I thought I misremembered paying bc it was a last minute booking), but also on the hotel for double charging me. Reception noticed I double paid shortly after and said I'd be refunded within two weeks. That never happened. I reached out via email and got no response, and I have to dispute the charge with my bank now to get my refund :)
