Hotel Parador Cancun

???? I DONT RECOMMEND ????
1. We had an issue with our plane and called 10 times - no answer, we arrived a day after and the hotel had canceled our reservation without any notice.
2. We were put in a room with mold and dust everywhere.
3.The bathroom was disgusting and the floor in the shower was full of mold.
4. After our first night we went to visit Cancun, The air conditioning was leaking all day and we came back and found the room flooded.
5. We had to change rooms only to be put in another one where the window didn’t open, no plugs, and the bathroom had this horrible acidic smell.
6. We were looking for a plug to charge our phones ( because the ones we saw didn’t work) and when we moved the bed to try and find one, their was a terrible small that came from the wall.

Very expensive in general and specifically for how bad it is. The place was filthy and the staff were unhelpful. There was mold on the ceiling that appears to have been painted over. The floor and bathroom were not cleaned, the list goes on. I wish I took pictures to represent what it actually looks like. I would not reccomend staying here.

The only good thing is that across the street is an area with a good food venue.

My partner and I visited the little bar in the front of this hotel and really enjoyed ourselves. The bar features a couple of big screen TV's and they were featuring oldy but goody rock music from the US. The drinks were two for ones and priced reasonably. This is one of the few air conditioned bars around.

This is very close to the Aldo bus station. Also close to the mercardo 23 where there is nice food sold. The Cancun signage is nearby for photos.

We couldn't lock the door so we felt unsafe leaving our stuff there. However, might have been just an issue with our room..

Great hotel for the price
Fantastic staff across the street from the bus ???? station the gate way to all of the Yucatan. Been using them for years

Old rooms and really Bad bathrooms with a bad smell. Insects in the room.
