Read on a lot of the reviews that it was hard to find, I found it super easily. Also read bad service but again to the contrary I had great service and even the girls in the kitchen were very friendly to me as I sat at the bar. The food was good, not amazing but I was happy to see they had shumai.

Small and good menu. The real stars of the show are the Bao-tacos. I tried the curry and veggie ones, they are both great.

If you come on a weekend, make sure to make a reservation.

Design and music, strictly 1983 that day are tops. But the food was disappointing. I have to say. I am not an expert on Ramen, thou. Prices are reasonable, toilets without water.

I ate a bowl of tonkotsu ramen tonight at Kotaro and will say that it was, without a doubt, the worst bowl of ramen I've ever had anywhere. While it looked good when it arrived, that is about the best I can say about it.

Thin and oily bland soup/broth. Very little flavour at all to it.
The noodles tasted like cheap instant ramen noodles.
The pork was dried out and burnt to the point of being hard and crunchy. Couldn't even eat most of the meat bits and those I could were just greasy.

Save your time, money, and appetite. Go somewhere else for your meal.

Very good rice bowl for 150 pesos. Chicken and egg with a good gravy sauce. Follow the red neon noodle bowl to find the entrance.

Food is good, design is perfect. As the restaurant owner, my advice to the owner would be to check their staff for theft. No cards accepted (the terminal does not have signal and they say my cards are the reason - whereas these are from Mexican banks).

Plus, advice to staff: when you have lady with baby stroller, you have to (at least) open the door, not stay with team of 3 and look.

Was so disappointed.

Food—Whoever said the food is good has never been to Asia or has never really tried the real ramen. Being an Asian from Asia. I can tell you guys here that they don’t even know how to cook the rice. The rice came with our Donburi was sooo smushy like we were eating a bowl of dried up congee which we didn’t order. The ramen was so bad— noodles were over-cooked, their broth is so bland— I would not recommend the food here.

Service—the moment we got in, we were greeted silently and we just said “table for two”. The person there told us to sit at the bar top but not the table because it was all reserved and the party is coming in 10 minutes (they were one of his lies). We noticed the reservation never came the entire time I was there. At the end, the server charged our cards and personally chose tip amount on his own without asking anything from us. That was weird and so rude.
