No chicken breast, no ketchup, 30 minute wait for original recipe because they only make crunchy, out of hot and spicy sauce, no coleslaw salad and, no ice cream. Ridiculous!

Lots of space to eat.Crowded counter with customers and delivery operators.kind of complicated to move around with tray .Maybe was the hour 2:00 pm.lunch time.

You get there to order your food and they tell you you have to wait the hour are you kidding me didn't you stuck in the dry throne cause someone else is in front of you waiting for their food

Severely understaffed. I had to return my popcorn chicken because it was burned. Cashier was helpful, but kitchen is lacking.

The food is okay, but ther average waiting time at this place is way too long. In addition they seem to have issues with availability of product and problems communicating it. It might happen that you way 15 min to place your order and then they tell you that there is no stock.

Very bad service orders take way too long and person in charge doesn't seem to care I don't think that they're aware of what the concept of fast food is, restrooms are clean but they smell awful definitely go somewhere else they don't seem to appreciate your business.
