We discovered this restaurant by chance and just turned off the highway to see what we could find.

This is a world class restaurant and the food is absolutely amazing. Everything on the menu make you smile with it's incredible and nutritious flavour.

My wife and I are foodies and our favourite thing is to go to nice restaurants. We went back to this restaurant with our two small children several times in one week, I would move in if I could lol.

The host Hugo is very hospitable and accommodating and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. The chef Oscar even came to great us and thanked us for coming which was a beautiful touch.

The pasta, the ribs, the tacos, the soups and pretty much everything on the menu is of the highest standard and I have never tasted better. It is in my opinion the most delicious restaurant in the world.

Hugo's recommendations are always spot on. One evening I was feeling a bit ill and he recommended a hearty and soothing soup that was one of the most delicious soups I have ever had.

There is a wide variety of foods on the menu to suite every pallet and it is a great environment for any type of occasion.

If you are in Playa Del Carmen this is a must visit. I am excited to return to Cafe Riviera when we come back.

This is a fine dining restaurant with very reasonable and affordable prices. It most definitely more than worth the quality of food and service you receive.

Nice little cafe. Friendly staff, good sandwiches and smoothies. Comfortable seating, quiet and you can read or do homework here.
