Horrible experience, the only reason we stay here is because a family member found this hotel that feels more like a motel at 11pm. Outside doesn't look too bad but rooms and beds are Horrible. Feels very poor. If you have a family don't come here. For the price this place is too expensive. My family and I couldn't sleep at night beds are horrible and we got insect bites.

Staff is very friendly. Room hasn't cleaned for 2 days. It is a good location, but is located very busy area. Not highly recommended. The very cheap, but you just get basic needs. That's all.

Poor value hotel but it's one of the cheapest in Cancun. Room wasn't the cleanest or any hot water. Wifi didn't work for me.

We stayed about a week. Staff was friendly and taxis right outside the front door. No wait to get around town. Across from Mercado 28, which had great food.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff. A few times there was a smell coming from the drains. Good prices.
