Excellent staff very helpful beds comfortable but could use updating along with faucets water sprayed everywhere ( vinagre in a baggy over night takes away calcium build up)has refrigerators and a small hot plate dishes silverware. Hot showers good pressure ????roof top nice but pool needs steps to get in and out. Good service would stay again

Horrible place u0026 management! I reserved a room and got an email confirmation, but when I arrived they told me they overbooked and didn’t have a spot for me. They said there’s nothing they could do and I had to figure out another place to stay.

Attached is a screenshot of the message they sent me which claims they stated they didn’t have room. But it doesn’t say this and looks like their message was translated wrong.

They overbook the hotel. We had made a reservation three weeks in advance and got a confirmation that everything was okay. When we arrived at the hotel at 9 pm after a 13 hour flight we were told that our room was overbooked as well as three other rooms. On the website of Booking rooms were still available. Unreliable people. Take care when booking this hotel

No hot water. Not a convenient location for beach or main strip access. Would recommend renting a car if staying here because uber gets expensive trying to get to the tourist areas

Very poor quality of a hotel, I would not stay there again although I paid for three nights which I was charged my room was rented out when I got there. The kitchen only had on spoon and one cup for coffee. No coffee was in the room. Very noisy due to bar across the street. I don’t recommend this area doesn’t look safe

Price very competative, neighboorhood is a no-go. Nice rooftop pool. Very noisy.
