Great hotel for a better price. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious. The air-conditioning and internet worked great. I also like the location because it has Zeus Gym(40Peso) and some good restaurants close by.

Obviously, it's not the best hotel you can get. Yet, i loved the interior design, and the single room i paid USD 20/night was worth of USD 30-40/night. So i was 120% satisfied. Plus, it's relatively close to malls and hotel beach zone.

Stayed for 2 weeks. Parking is available onsite via a manual gate. Pleasant open plan hotel which the cleaners maintained daily. Hot water was only available for some of my showers. Loud music started early and stopped late. WIFI is decent but our phones could not connect in our rooms, only outside in the lobby. We asked the cleaners to only clean once. they didn’t clean. The lobby area had people speaking loudly on their phones and playing loud memes early at morning, the entire day and late at night. Hotel staff didn’t seem to care about the noise. Hotel has a very casual approach and atmosphere. The hotel is located on the main road in the center of cancun with a few good and cheap eating options within walking distance.

Cost for me; 580. 1 night. 3rd floor room in middle of hotel. July.
Despite being in town it was not noisy. Bed was sufficiently comfortable. Price fin for this time of year. Had a really nice atmosphere thanks to the vines growing everywhere. Staff were fine. Breakfast only bread but it gets you off the mark for the day. My room only had two hot taps for shower but that was minor. It was clean and in decent condition. I would recommend it for backpackers with a 'can avoid hostels' budget.

READ IF YOU WANT A FULL HONEST EXPERIENCE, VERY DETAILED:
First off, the hotel was a very reasonable price. When we arrived there the view was very appealing with the tree and the vines giving the hotel a great look. Upon our arrival, the staff was very friendly. There is no elevator so you will have to take the stairs. The rooms were a decent size with acceptation size beds. They made little swines out of the towels to give a welcoming atmosphere. As we looked around there room, it came with just a refrigerator. There was no microwave or stove in the rooms. As we walked around the room we noticed mud on the floor in front of the shower and toilet. The floors looked as though they could have been cleaned better then what they were. We arrived here Thursday and left Sunday, there was absolutely NO HOT WATER!!!! When we complained to the woman who works on the night shift, she stated that she will turn on the water, and to give it 10 minutes, so we went back to the room. We came back after the 10 minutes, and she claimed that she turned back on the hot water and that she didn't know what was wrong with the system since it all runs from one system for all of the rooms. She asked for me to give it an addition 25 minutes. We gave it 30 minutes and still the water was cold. The water did not even reach to luke warm water!!!! The water at the beach was warmer then the water that was at the hotel (NO JOKE)!!!! The next day on Friday, when we were ready to take another shower, yet again, no hot water. We complained to the man at the front desk and he told us that he just turned it off 10 minutes ago. We stated to him that we had this same issue just the night before. He asked us who did we tell, we informed him that we told the lady and there was nothing that was done to fix this issue. The same day we complained to the man about it, we ran the water for an HOUR just to see if there was any hot water was going to come through which it wasn't. On Saturday we complained that we had to take cold shower again and if they could move us rooms or something, because ever since we arrived we have been having to take cold showers, and the same woman stated to us that we should have told the other guy. I told her we have been having this issue since we arrived at their hotel! We stated to her that we DID tell him. We just got so tired of having to complain , we just decided to take it to google reviews.
NIGHT LIFE:
Just know that the woman who works the night shift locks the gate at a certain time so you will have to try to get her attention in order for her to come and let you in the gate. She will have an attitude when letting you in so be prepared.
PARKING:
There are 5 parking spots in the hotel (literally). when the gate is open, you have to drive your vehicle in the hotel, and try to squeeze in one of the spots because it is a tight area. If you have a bigger vehicle, good luck!!!! one of the spots is occupied by a trampoline (I guess that is their way of trying to make the hotel kid friendly....)
