Avoid booking online reservation from this company!! Trust me you don't want to go through what I had to go through booking tours from their website--SAVE YOURSELF FROM A HEADACHE. I booked this agency for CHICHEN ITZA TOUR and XELHA ADMISSION and had a horrible experience! I had no problem with the tour or the admission but my problem was BOOKING THEM. I usually don't write bad reviews but this company gave me too much headache and inconvenience that I don't want any one else to experience the same.
I booked two tours online and got an email that I have to send them back a credit card authorization form AFTER they already charged my bank account. I was a little bit skeptical but since I've used them with my first trip to Cancun (had no problem), I thought that okay I'll give them a try again. Anyway, so I sent them back the CC authorization form along with a picture of my CC and later on got an email that couldn't accept it b/c I didn't mark the CC on the designated area. I emailed them back saying that they have an instruction on the email that if I couldn't mark the CC then I can send them a copy of my CC and which I did, but they still did not accept it. So, I tried to mark my CC and didn't get a respond from them, I decided to give them a call and check on my reservation. The lady said from the phone told me that everything was good and I should receive a boarding pass within a couple hours. So I waited.. couple hours happened and no boarding pass. I decided to email again and no answer until the next day I got an email from "Limber Ortiz" who told me that I need to send the authorization form again with the CC impression in the requested area and he said, "Please try to make the same signature as the one in your ID" So I tried again and this time, I took pictures of the form instead of scanning them. So no response again, so I called the agency again and was told by a lady that EVERYTHING checked out and just need to send boarding pass within couple hours. I waited again.. so this exchange of emails and phone calls with the same response from Limber saying that I need to send CC form again and another lady on the phone saying everything was good happened for about 6 times until we finally got to Cancun and still had no boarding pass for our tour.
I ended up talking to Limber on the phone (finally) the day we arrived in Cancun and he told me that I could go to their office and they will print the boarding pass. I was so pissed off that I told him that I understand that this is bank policy, but he can't keep telling me that my CC form wasn't approved and I would call and a lady would tell me that everything was fine and will get a boarding pass within couple hours because it is such a inconvenient! I asked him if him and that lady are working at the same company because it is ridiculous that they were saying both different things u0026 needs to get their things straighten out!
We ended up taking the bus from our hotel to their office and finally got the boarding pass. I really wanted to cancel the tour from them BUT they had already charged my account since the beginning and it would take time to put the money back to my account plus I didn't want to deal with them any more because it might be worse cancelling tours with them.
Anyway, I advise you not to book online tours from them. I have friends u0026 family who will be coming to Cancun and I was going to refer this agency to them but after this experience, I will NEVER EVER book with them again nor refer them to any of my family u0026 friends.
