We stayed here for two weeks and had a good time. Overall, the place was very good. The internet access in the suite was great. The infrastructure was modern, which we liked. It was close to Walmart, Mercado 28, ADO bus station and the bus to the hotel zone. The Andiani team responded promptly and helped us not only with our apartment problems, but also with booking tours. However, it was a bit dark in the suite, specially in the bedroom (the bedroom faced the other rooms). The room was in the first floor, so we could hear everyone coming in, but it was still safe.

Overall we had a good experience. PROS: location. Close to supermarkets, oxxos, restaurants etc. Internet was ok. There are 3 laundry places near by. I recommend "Alborada" (self service and good prices)

CONS: (not about the room itself) there is a gym a block down that plays music since 6am and sometimes its very hard to sleep. Some guests have been super loud and slamming doors and sometimes workers would be cleaning with doors open and music on their phones.

Smart TV didn't work but we were told it broke during the Hurricane and I guess it takes some time to have that fixed. It's understandable.

Water in the sink doesn't come out hot so we did the dishes with cold water.

Andiani group was super nice and responsive and they made sure we had everything we needed and taken care of. Thanks!!

Building and apartment is very basic but clean. Neighborhood is safe with good bus connection.
