The staff is incredible. They're all very friendly and accommodating and in our experience, very trustworthy. I can't speak for all but we left money out in the room as a tip and the room service left it until we physically gave it to them. The building isn't the newest but it has definitely been updated recently. The rooms all felt very clean and well taken care of. The drinks were good and the buffet was ok. Its buffet food. The sushi bar is phenomenal and might be the best sushi I've ever had. The Italian restaurant (by reservation only) was also very very good. Significantly better than the buffet.

Only minor complaints being: it seems very difficult to get extra bottled water for the rooms. The outlets on one side of our bed didn't work. The beach area is smaller but still very nice.

Where do I even begin. For starters trying to contact this resort is almost impossible even from your room. I tried to call due my flights being canceled and the line just kept hanging up. When I got to the resort the night staff was not friendly or welcoming. The rooms are basic and had ants and other critters crawling and flying everywhere I had to call room service to get them to have someone come and remove some of the bugs because the front desk wasn’t answering l. The food and drinks were DISGUSTING! I have never had or seen such gross food. The sole purpose of me getting an all inclusive resort was so that i could save money on eating out and I ended up doing that Anyway and spent way less that way vs eating the food. The eggs were slimy and runny and cold there was no meat options for breakfast literally no bacon sausage NOTHING.I said maybe I would have luck ordering room service nope the chicken was dry and tough. I tried to make a reservation twice for their Italian restaurant and was told I had to do so before 11 am which I wasn’t told when I checked in. Came back before 11 the next day and was told all reservations were full. I came alone and due to the booking being defaulted to 2people instead of one. I was certain I was charged for 2 people so I asked for an itemized bill and they just gave me a bill showing the room price for the three nights. There is no manager on site. There was absolutely no entertainment or night events. The pool with the bar closes at 6pm. The beach is not even a beach it’s a very small section with no more than 2ft of water I found face mask floating in both the pool area and the beach. And overall the experience was just terrible.

My first all inclusive, I couldn't have or ask for a better experience, exquisite food variety, loved the buffet and the sushi bar, service and everybody was great! Spa massages incredible, nice pools, rooms, the gym, and the beach small but pretty, great location and a beautifull price for all you get. Maybe the only thing should be better type of room but we reserved late so its understandable. Loved my stay there, looking forward to come back !

Great place!! Really glad we went here. It was all-inclusive and had an AMAZING sushi bar that was included. The rooms were great! The staff was amazing as well. Right on the beach there were excursion booths which helped us set up our tours. Had a GREAT time here!!

Walking in the property it looked very pleasing, however the front desk staff was rude.. Rooms out dated and small. Our first night, I woke up to a flooded room. Front desk did not want to move me. I stated that the room flooded and the phone did not work. After keep stating these problems for about 15 minutes, they finally said they would move me..20 minutes later, no update so I went back to the front desk only for them to continue to speak in Spanish and share at me. FINALLY got a new room 45 minutes later, room was better.

Food not worth all inclusive, so disappointed ???? would have stayed somewhere else.

Bellmen, housekeeping, food and beverage staff were friendly and polite... the two young ladies from the entertainment crew were awesome.

Absolutely terrible. The horrible experience that we have had at this hotel can’t even be described, and the trouble we went through is unimaginable.

They tried to charge us 900 extra dollars per person despite listing all the appropriate people on the reservation, and the rooms smelt terrible. They were nothing like the pictures. There were bugs everywhere, and the customer service wasn’t great either. We tried reaching out multiple times, but they charged us thousands of dollars for rooms we didn’t sleep in. Please don’t go to this hotel. I would put zero stars if I could.

Excellent Hotel, Lupe u0026 the girl at the pool who serves the drinks to the people sunbathing (her name begins with an A), they are brilliant.
The place is spotless, as are the rooms which are always clean. The place is 5 footsteps from the white sand beach.
Buses come every 2 mins so it’s easy to get around.

Highly recommend the Cancun Bay Resort
