Breathtaking views on the balcony. The customer service was up to par, friendly staff and the wings were delicious. There was a bit of a language barrier but we worked it out! There was a mixup and the manager made sure that he addressed it promptly. I would definitely return and I recommend.

Nice place, the view from terrace is beautiful in the evening. The service is a bit slow and Margarita glass doesn't seem to match the size from the menu (444 ml).
However, we spend good time there and enjoyed a big plate of wings with beers.

Where do I begin? I didn't enjoy anything there. There was no hostess seating people as you enter. They were super understaffed. The few girls working there were overwhelmed. It took 15 minutes to get 2 drinks from the bar after she took the order. The drinks were not that good, I can make better at home. Also, who serves a piña colada with an orange as a garnish? No napkins or condiments on the table. 35 minutes to get wings and fries. My combo had boneless and regular wings. Food is served on a metal tray like a cafeteria. The boneless were overcooked and dry I couldn't even put my fork in them. The regular wings were "ok". The spicy garlic sauce was not good and the mango habanero didn't taste like mango or habanero. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the server tried her best and was able to bring me some new edible boneless pieces. Its a poor attempt to replicate a popular US chain restaurant. I didn't see any management and there seems to be no quality control. I will never go back and tell anyone to avoid, including you. Don't come to Mexico and go to B-Dubs. Get some tacos that are cheaper and way better than the garbage they tried to serve as food.

Magnificent view. The wings aren't all that great (as is the case with all of Mexico coming from America). The chocolate cookie with ice cream was amazing. The atmosphere along with the drinks, like back in America, really makes the vibe of this place shine.

Food is just great as the USA
Service was a bit slow. Taking so long even to pay.

Service was very slow and our wings were drenched with sauce. We ordered mojitos without (sin) sugar and have to be sent back 2 times because there was Sugar in both. We had to put in multiple drinks order because they never came. We will not be back in the future.

If you have been to a BWW in the US and expect the same experience, DON’T come here! Service was slow and inattentive at best, servings are definitely not comparable and the overall experience is just off. Do yourself a favor and go for tacos tonight! This place might not survive that long anyways…
