Clean restaurant. They Have an English copy of the menu an the server spoke English somewhat. It was towards the end of the night with one other table but it still took over 20 minutes for appetizers. Brought my “side salad” after the meal an not before when they brought the other appetizers. They also didn’t give me the promotion price on the salad that you couldn’t even taste the dressing on. When the check came there was a suggested tip written on the bottom an when we literally gave over 100mxn they questioned us why we didn’t give them 20 percent and that we didn’t like the service.

It's a must! Everything is perfect here... the delicious food, the wonderful ambiance and the surprising prices. You can't miss it!

Old Chicken in Buffalo salad, the shrimp in the Asian shrimp was old, frozen and tasted extremely fishy, beans served with fajitas was cold! Worst Applebee’s I’ve ever been to. Did I mention the restaurant spelt like urine? That should have been our sign to leave, but we were starving. A Complete disappointment!

Amazing! The staff are so friendly and accommodating! The food was excellent! My husbands birthday was made by the awesome staff who put on party hats with us and sang Happy Birthday!!

Good enough for it's price, service is fine.
Had the spinach dip, the three cheese pasta and the chocolate melt. But nothing outstanding.
Good music and a cozy place that needs maintenance.
Go get a decent meal for a fair price.

I'm a huge Applebee's fan, everytime I go to the US I make sure I stop at one of their restaurants. The food was good as always, the service... Not so much.

The bathrooms were not clean (lunch service was about to start so you'd think they'd be ready for service), the bin was full of papers and the soap dispenser had no soap.

We were assured kids didn't pay throughout the month by the hostess but she forgot to mention that one table could not have two promos at the same time. The adults had the 2x1 burger and therefore my son had to pay. I don't mind the "no two promos in one sitting" policy. It's their policy and I respect it, but we specifically asked about it and the hostess made no mention about it.

When it was time to pay, it took them a long time to charge us because the waiter was nowhere to be seen. Granted maybe he was having lunch because we saw him eat something but they could have given us another waiter, there were plenty of employees available at that time.

Don't rate it one star because the food was good and the kid's area was taken care of by an extremely nice lady. Kudos to whomever hired her. Our waiter Alejandro was nice and extremely polite, just wish someone would take over while he's having lunch.

I had been longing for the oriental chicken salad. It was disappointing. Not the same as in the USA, not at all. The lettuce was different, no chowmein noodles, the almonds weren't toasted and not one decent bite sized piece of chicken and not nearly enough sauce. They wanted to charge me extra for more sauce but I couldn't do it, as I was on a super tight budget and only splurged because a client wanted to eat out and we were both very hungry. In the USA I asked for the sauce to the side so I could limit to my preference (or it would be over dressed for my liking). I should have done the same here because it was practically dry. I won't be going back for a burger or a salad. I ordered the full order to have some left over to go. I paid for a full order but pretty sure I only received a half an order, as there was only the random cabbage left in the bowl and the bowl was only half full to begin with. Two stars because * I was fed and ** because the staff was friendly and it wasn't freezing cold inside.
