Check in took almost an hour because of their inefficient and outdated process. The first room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned yet and was disgusting! The bathroom was horrific. They gave us a new room, and said we could use the pool until the new room was ready, but then the towel attendant wouldn’t give us any towels without a room number, which we didn’t have yet. Finally got to the new room. The television and air conditioning were broken. The repair fellow was very helpful, but it took him an hour and a half to fix everything (which included replacing the tv). But when the air conditioning broke again overnight, we had enough. Unfortunately, my brother-in-law had prepaid, and they refused to give him a refund for the two nights we didn’t stay.
