This hotel itself is okay but nothing better than that. The views from the higher up rooms are incredible but that is the best part about the place.
We found check in staff were not very polite and did not seem happy or pleased to attend you. They looked bored and unhappy. I'm sure they probably are but I do also feel like some customer service should be taken into consideration. Upon checking us in the guy told us absolutely nothing about where anything was located , just made us sign a bunch of papers then told us our room was on floor 17.
We then would ask members of staff around the place who peeved you were even asking them.
I will say though we had exceptional service from Carlos at the swim up bar and pool area. Carlos was great.
The pool areas however are absolutely jam packed with 1000s of kids running around screaming and generally being irritating , and some were not even guests at the hotel?! It seems alot of people come in to use the pool which I find is very wrong to guests who have paid alot of money to be here. It is not cheap.
You cannot relax at all. Pools aren't relaxing and are invaded by families. Almost shoulder to shoulder.
The rooms are very dated, with towel rails constantly falling off, and the toilet paper holder too, which is annoying. The toilet has a good power flush though which you don't always find in beach towns so I'll give it that.
For a relaxing break I do not recommend at all. Maybe for people who want to party hard, or bring a heard of screaming , splashing, irritating children, then you might like it.

Nice hotel at the bay of Acapulco. Around the hotel are a lot of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and clubs. Breakfast buffet is very good.

Rooms after renovation, there are still visible traces of mold in the corners, but in general, the condition of the room is 5-. Ocean View Rooms AMAZING VIEWS through the panoramic walls of the room and two balconies in each room. It is worth living in this hotel even because of this view. The hotel is located on a wide enough beach, where a section of the beach for the hotel's sun loungers is fenced off. There is good infrastructure around the hotel - a lot of restaurants, a market. The hotel has quite good varied breakfasts, only, unfortunately, tasteless fruits.
On Friday nights and on weekends, the hotel is a nightmare - dominated by local tourists. Queue 100 meters at the reception. Breakfast queues. Busy sunbeds. There is a huge crowd of people on the beach. Local musicians gather at dinner, which local tourists applaud - but it is impossible to listen to it, a hellish cacaphony that interferes with rest, sleep, and personal affairs. Don't come to this hotel on the weekend!

If I could give them 0 I would. I based my booking on the reviews and still gave them a chance. The hotel is very old and does need a lot of updating. They make you think from the pictures that you’re getting a great room..but no. The bed you can feel all the springs. I had to request to get my bed sheet replaced because it was dirty. The rails of the balcony are very wonky and a fall hazard. The hotel allows random people to come and get in the pool for a nominal fee, so the pools are over packed with families. Parking is a joke not included..you have to pay $125 pesos a day. But if you’re a visitor it’s $95 pesos. I would not recommend or stay here again.

Positive: It's clean, pools are great, location perfect. They Hage vastly improved check in and out process. The elevator are working fine. We got room service for breakfast and it was beautifully presented. Covid precautions adhered to.
