The rooms are spacious. The location of the hotel is pretty good it's not a far walk to the beach or the clubs. The room also has a nice little balcony to sit down and chat with friendship The only problem was with air conditioning it didn't really cool down the room. And there was no wifi available in the rooms in my stay here.

Worst Stay ever....Had issues with AC overnight, stop working. HORRIBLE! Had to call guy twice to fix issue, finally got a different room. Also be careful with parking staff they tend to wash car without your approval and then charge you $50 pesos. Dont stay here...Lack of staff and hotel is not well maintained. Elevator also takes "hours" between floors.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel on holiday with close friends from Mexico CIty where the rooms were clean and quiet with kitchenettes. The pool area was also nice which we only used on occasion, because we were mostly at the beach which was around three blocks away due south a short walking distance.

Very high lack of maintenance
air conditioner was not working anywhere
Elevators were damaged and worked when they wanted to
lobby is open air location, but was once enclosed, perhaps wind damage or wear caused the glass roof to break and it was never repaired
rooms smelled of mold
I like the toilets they worked very well
Breakfast buffet was pretty good
No wifi
Pool is dirty and ran down with sharp broken tiles
Turtles in the pond were living in bad conditions
Service was decent
Rooms werent tiny compared to other places
Located on prime plot of land near beach and clubs/bars, bungie tower
If ac was working i wouldve given it 3 stars, but according to the service tech the owner is cheap and wont fix it right so it constantly breaks down.

Very bad experience. AC does not work properly. bathrooms don't have any ventilation. WI-FI does not connect. waste of money.

Worst place ever no a/c hotel not maintenance old bed, doors have holes over price and have to pay for parking
