The attention is very good. The hotel is very clean, and huge. The beds and the pillows are cozy. There are air conditioners on every room.
The pool is very nice, on the second or third floor, and it's built with the Romanic theming of the hotel, as well as the lobby.
All the personnel is very nice and friendly.
The price is accessible.
The location is good, since you just have to cross the street to get to the beach, and on the same avenue, which is very touristic, there are thousands of shops, restaurants, drug stores...

Worse service in general, only people that help is Lupita and the elevator girl. The other staff didn't even try to help, lots of problem with the rooms and they have to close the swimming pool in the 31st because is the new year party. I would not recommend this hotel and you can see the other comments about it.

Best option to stay comfortable, have a perfect beau of beach and at night going out to dance.

The only thing good about this hotel is the view and that everything is within walking distance. Very old hotel needs an upgrade, we booked 3 rooms for the family and one room the AC wasn’t working and the bed sheets were dirty. The other room the sink was clogged and the other room the bathroom floor was wet and it smelled like they hadn’t cleaned it yet. They don’t provide lotion, they’re stingy with their towels and trash cans don’t have any bags I had to request them. You have to pay extra for parking. The day we arrived the hotel parking supposedly was full so we had to park in a different parking structure that was farther and they charged more. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it. Hotel is not as pretty as the pictures online ????

For the most part we had a pretty comfortable stay. Although it takes forever to get to your room because their are 22 floors and only 3 elevator. The rooms where decent. The TV was a old box tv. The shower head did not let out to Manny water. The toilet didn't flush so we had to manually put water. We had a spectacular view of the ocean

We made a reservation 24 in advance. When we got there, there were about 50 others arguing with the front desk staff, because they weren’t honouring the reservations.

Apparently they had a plumbing problem and they couldn’t use a whole floor of the hotel.

Lucky for us they hadn’t charge our credit card yet. But most of the others, had already paid they stay in full.

Acapulco was at full capacity those days, we ended up staying in a much simpler hotel for more of what we had made the reservation at Romano :(

If you are here to party and don't care about loud music blaring all night and living in a 50+ year old hotel that needs MAJOR upgrades your in the right place. Only 1 person speaks English from 9 to 5, after that Google Translate is really helpful. They only have 2 towels in the room, 1 single blanket for a king size bed and as I already mentioned, this place needs MAJOR MAJOR updating and You have to cross a very busy 6 lane road to get to the beach.
On the plus side the VIEW IS AMAZING, staff are nice and polite, if they don't understand you they just smile and nod. Over all of you want to relax this really ain't the place but you get what you pay for. Rooms are really really cheap, couple hundred for the week.
