this hotel is great. the jacuzzi, pools and water slide are definitely a must go to. the view is beautiful. there is a lot of stairs and the elevator is small so it’s not really for handicap people. other than that it was a great stay.

It's nice hotel but there are many stairs is not for handicap people, ie:very difficult for a person with vision impairment, or a person with wheelchair I would not recommend this hotel . It's beachfront is truly difficult to access because of the many stairs.
They need more ramps bigger elevators ( the elevator doesn't fit a wheelchair u have to fold it up to get it in ) Really needs to improve on the access for the handicap people.
The view is awesome and staff is very helpful but the restaurant only open from 9am to 10am for breakfast and they open 11am to 5pm for dinner after 5pm you must go out and eat by way of TAXI if you have no car.
We stayed 2nights there April 2022.

The bed sheets smell disgusting ????. The costumer service was very poor. The elevator did not work at all. The only good comment is the nice view from the balcony.

First off all, this place should not be called suits, their far off from suits. It’s a run down motel, basic room. They charge you a deposit of $500 pesos if you want to use any utensils and pool towels but there not in the room, you have to ask for them, ok it’s understandable. I was having my make up done and needed to have the makeup guy come to the room. I was told they don’t allow visitors because they might still something ( this is what exactly what I was told by the receptionist) but then she said that if I paid for an extra person, that he would e able to come in. (Does that meant that they were no longer going to still). We have a membership which is not cheap, and to have this kind of service is not acceptable. The membership rooms have the marina view but everything else we might have been better at Hotel 6. The one elevator is only for part of the floors. You have to take stairs half way to be able to take the elevator the rest of the way. The bigger pool closes at 5:00 pm as well as the slides. We were never able to used them for the same reason. They have a small kids pool that closes at 10 pm, shouldn’t it be backwards, kids pool you close early. Any way I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE ‘SUITS’. You are better of somewhere else. I am not exaggerating. I have experience in travel and these are NO suits. Their off white towels look like there the floor mats to go in The shower.

Everything was excellent, the room and the views the it offers are extraordinary not to mention it has 5 pools, 1 with waterslide and private beach. Giving 4 stars since there is not enough parking for cars and one security from the club members seccion was rude. Will definitely be coming back though. Leaving with a good experience

We expected the room would be nice, like how it appeared in the pictures but it wasn't. The room we got was dirty, unprepared and overall EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY WERE OFFERING. Everything was disconnected (tv, refrigerator, air conditioner, etc ) and it was very dusty and Dirty. The club beach was very far away and there were police evewhere. The beach was really far away from the hotel. EVERYTHING was far away from this hotel, restaurants, airport, clubs, tourist attractions. It wasn't in the center. It took us an hour and a half to go from the airport to our hotel. It was expensive because we had to take a taxi everywhere because it was secluded from everything else. They charged us very much for six days and they didn't offer what we paid for. The linens smelled, the bathroom smelled, the table and chairs were very old and plastic, the mattress and pillows were old and so were the linens. They don't even clean the linens and they charge you an additional cost for them to clean them. I called the lobby to see if they could help us find a taxi and they simply said that we'd had to go to the street and look for one. The staff were not very helpful. I recommend that people save their money and go elsewhere because this hotel is not worth it. I will also never return to this hotel. I should of seen the reviews before, I usually do but I didn't this time around. It's obvious that after so many complaints and bad reviews, they are more interested in fooling guest to believe that they offer quality services.

The hotel is a bit old but the view beats everything plus has a lot of pools but the best is the salt water pool.
