I booked this hotel via expedia/hotels.com long before our Mexican Christmas vacation. Because I booked early, I got a special deal and be ready for our trip. Suddenly the hotel told me the price I booked is wrong, and I have to pay a much more expensive price. I told them they have to notify expedia/hotels.com as I booked through them. Unbelievably they cancelled my bookings without telling me. What a sham place they are running! No reputation whatsoever. They regret selling you something, and they will take it back as they feel like. Ignoring all basic human decency!
For someone who are lack of moral like them, I suggest you book somewhere else. Who knows what they will do to you next! Selling your reserved room to the highest bidder, and leaving you on the street? You have been warned!
