I booked this hotel via expedia/hotels.com long before our Mexican Christmas vacation. Because I booked early, I got a special deal and be ready for our trip. Suddenly just before our flight next day, unbelievably they cancelled my bookings without telling me. Leaving me hanging extremely stressed out. I have to book a new hotel just before we leave, at extremely high price as I am booking th last minute price. I usually book our trip way ahead to get a bargain, thanks to this hotel, I am paying hefty price for their action.
What a sham place they are running! No reputation whatsoever. They regret selling you something, and they will take it back as they feel like. Ignoring all basic human decency! They don't even have the decency to tell you, just cancelling your reservation at their will!
For someone who are lack of moral like them, I suggest you book somewhere else. Who knows what they will do to you next! Selling your reserved room to the highest bidder, and leaving you on the street? You have been warned!
