Well that is all
I am not sure if by booking outside of their network counts towards the rooms assigned
Our room was not as clean as it should, dust was accumulated on the night stand.
What impressed me the most was the towels, as you can see in the pictures, this are the type of towels you don't want on your body
The color it's between dirty and off-white mire towards grayish
The threads are coming apart
Because of the deal I assumed we were given the lowest they have in service
This hotel is at the heart of everything however it lacks class, referring to its surroundings
The entrance is awkward the lobby it's located one fly up. Upon our arrival there was no-one there so we figure to go up and explore
Personnel were extremely friendly , typical if Mexican hospitality
The morning breakfast was plentiful with all the options one could expect from Mexican cuisine
Parking is only available valet style, which I found it to me very affordable
Overall the location makes up for the flaws of the room, can't talk about the rest of the rooms
Only the one we stayed in
The closest option is 100 bucks more, so a great location and a place to rest for the price ... it was a great alternative

Very rude front-desk staff, a ludicrous check-in date for business travelers (they claim they do not have any clean rooms until 15:00, being now 11:00), no one around the common areas to offer any kind of support (not to mention trying to order some food).

Avoid if possible, definitely not coming back.

It seems like it used to be a nice place, now is a little old and it needs some repair but it is on a great location.

Regular super 8 hotel. Nothing fancy. Staff take care of you as they claim they do on their website. They did even have masks ???? had to buy one at the store. They have one room keys person room. Won’t issue you an extra. Also you have to leave that room key in your to power the lights lol don’t forget your room key in the room or it will be a hassle… ????

Good place , Nearby nice food. Nice ppl and they speak English. Much more cleaner than Mexico city!. Good bed and clean too. Only Shower is - disaster! miss swimming pool in the hotel!

This hotel is not clean. I stayed in room 231 from Friday December 10th- 11th. I took pictures of everything that was not presentable from this location. Management didn't offer to make it right or give me a different room. Please, look elsewhere and don't consider this location.

The service here is very questionable. Absolutely not allowed to check in earlier than 3pm unless you pay to upgrade to the next suite up. Staff here do not seem to prioritize guest as a priority. Level your expectations. Manger on duty Nelson was on the phone the whole time and didn’t even acknowledge the guests that are waiting.
