My Fiancee had been wanting to try Tortas Ahogadas here in Guadalajara and she finally got the chance to. I my self haven't dad one in such a long time so I was also looking forward to having one too.
I chose the torta de chicharrón and my brother had a torta with tacos dorados, and my fiancee had a torta de carnitas. They gave us several sauce options to try and also gave us cucumbers with onions sauteed in lime along with a few other sides.oh, and let's not forget their delicious agua de orchata, and their agua de limón. From the first bite to the last, the food was outstanding. I will most likely be back for more. The best part of it all though, was that the owner (Vero) was the person who served us and that, that was something special. It's almost as if you're eating at home. The service, the location, and the atmosphere was just perfect.
Thank you Vero for owning such a great place to have breakfast and lunch!
