The hotel is nice, it's a few walking blocks from Plaza del Sol, it's a place to rest and to sleep, the rooms are big, but the room's furniture is kind of outdated but they serve their function

Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions and arranging taxi pick ups. Place is a little out dated but hot water and a.c. works and that's all I really needed.

We where charged 160.00 pesos for a towel that we used to soak up spilled coffe of the floor. We where prompted to pay before the end of our stay. No manners

Love their restaurant for breakfast, quick and efficient service for a menu meal. The buffet is meh, but their steak a la albañil is the bomb. Nonetheless waiters are extremely helpful, food comes hot and very tasty. Coffee is good, and they also have alcoholic drinks for those who are hungover before a spicy meal

I was a little disappointed with our stay this time. The hotel has really deteriorated since our stay last year. Some walls in our room we're actually moldy. The front desk staff was very rude and unhelpful. No wifi the whole time we were there. And the supposed full breakfast was eggs, beans, and tortillas every single day! I dont think we will be going back there again.

Nice hitel with professional people. We have attended there when third parties come to Guadalajara. We are always welcome. The breakfast buffet is good.

The hotel is very simple, it doesn't have many amenities, however it's comfortable and clean. It's also located next to a place where you can find wings and beer.
