Very good variety buffet. With salad bar, Italian,asian, Mexican and American style food, lot of dessert options. clean and neat restaurant. Definitely worth the price

We arrived on a Thursday at 2.30pm, not busy.
I wanted roast beef and there was none put out at the carvery, I was told it would be ready 10 minutes...
Ate some salad and fish and waited for the beef...
At 3.10pm I asked again for the roast beef, a young girl in a white shirt (manager) told me there was none and tried to give me some dried out arrachera that looked like yesterdays left overs...
I told her to stop disrespecting her customers and go and get the roast beef immediately.
She took a joint of beef from a meat locker behind the counter and I got my roast beef.
Yes, beef is expensive, but telling lies to customers and hiding it away is just pathetic behaviour for a so called carvery. The other meat on offer was rubbish

The place is nice. Service is ok. But the food is worse every time I come back (I use to come every time I visit Guadalajara)

Really, is as if the people in charge of the food stopped caring about the taste and appearance of the food.

Come on Sirloin Stockade! You can still go back to being a great place to go for the family!

The food there is absolutely amazing. I am such a food lover, and the buffete is just perfect for me lmao. Personally, I think the sushi is delicious, in my opinion, the mango and strawberry sushi are the best sushi options; the sweet touch given by these tropical fruits to the delicious sushi is pretty great.
