Yes bed comfortable, staff nice.I had do not disturb on the door for days and they called to see if I wanted my room cleaned.
Wifi and located right by a highway. Was a bit noisy but not too much. The wifi was terrible and for those reasons shortened my stay.

Everything is good about it, just when i was showering the water pressure dropped had almost no water

Extremely small room, so small we could barely dry off in the bathroom after a shower. No amenities, run down cafeteria, broken vending machines. Not recommended when better options are nearby, unless you're really desperate to save a few coins. We left halfway through our stay to go to another hotel.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. All of the staff was very nice and attentive. The room and restroom were both clean. You can easily access public transportation like the bus. Taxis pass by abundantly and they will take you any where you want to go. The front desk personnel will have one ready for you upon request. There is a restaurant downstairs that has a full menu and very delicious. I have to admit that the rooms are small but the service we received compensates for that.

Rented the 2 bedroom suite for 1 night due to a last minute flight change. My sheets had blood stains on them. Shower head in desperate need of cleaning. Not enough towels were provided even after asking for them. And breakfast (okay not great) was not included in the price of the room. Not to mention hallways thru hotel were flooded in some areas due to leaks from rain. Not to mention room key is mighty bulky.

But hey, internet worked.

The hotel in whole is great, the room was very small but nice. What I hated is that we couldn't get a good nights rest! Maintenance would not shut up, they strolled up and down our hallway all night talking loudly. Never staying here again. El hotel en si esta bien, el cuarto un poco chico pero bonito. Pero el personal del hotel pasaban a cada rato hablando y riendo sin consideración. Esperaba mas de este hotel.
