I've been to many establishments and I've always had an amazing experience, but this was the exception. I arrived, greeted the cashier, and she ignored me then another woman who had already put in her order via phone came and said she was picking up an order, she was attended and charged right away. Then the cashier still had me waiting then when I asked if she's going to take my order she asked me to wait. When she finally took my order she told me to go to the window to pick up the food and I was standing there for a while waiting to be called on or be given instructions on how to get my food and until I asked if I'm supposed to give my ticket the employee said yes. During the entire time that I was being attended she was maintaining a conversation with her boss/manager and missed to tell me I had to go else where to pick up the Ice creams I ordered. She also didn't tell me I had to wait on the fries I ordered until I saw she was not packing my food any more and advised I was missing food and that's when she told me I had to wait on fries.
