Great place to eat and nice furniture.

The minestrone soup is delicious and you can refill it as many times you want.

The salad is very good and enough to share and it includes also refill.

I appreciate the complementary garlic bread.

It is located in a safe place with modern surroundings.

It also has outside tables.

Good place to eat Italian food, it's way better that other chain restaurants,

This is probably our 10th dining In this restaurant and just wanted to commend the great and warm service they accord us. Aside from their great promo of complimentary salad or soup and garlic bread for every main course, were always delighted by the friendly and courteous service. Though watch out is that it is always booked even in Sundays so better expect few minutes of waiting time before you get seated. But it is all worth the wait.

Food was good but the service sucks even though there's wasn't that much of a customer. Just for our drinks we have to wait 20-30 minutes and it was not even a cocktail drinks. it was just the ice tea and lemonade which was already Pre-made. our waitress was busy chatting with her coworkers and checking her cellphone. I usually don't write reviews but Olive Garden service really pissed me off....

Sometimes it is way too packed. Se of the waitresses don't exactly care so they neglect you. Sometimes you'll be around families with real noisy children. The good thing is they have English menus, some drinks are awesome and some dishes are just like at any other branch, good.

Food was good, the service quality wasn't the best. I say most of the menu is overpriced. If you are looking for italian restaurants in Guadalajara, you'll find better options in this price range or below.

Like all Olive Gardens these days the food is more like fast-food with a deepfriedchicken brick drizzled with a little sauce and cheese representing parmigian. The sticks were totally hard on the bottom so you couldn't eat them the salad wilted and not fresh. This location seems to be only a pizzeria. 3 is generous.
