Food was good, I was not pleased with the customer service. They were out of the mac and cheese and did not tell me. They gave me coslaw and I do not like it. Then when I went for a refill they told me they didn't do refills. Which is fine but they could have at least said how much for a refill so that I could get more. They were very rude to me. My husband and I wanted to order more to take back to our hotel but left because of how terrible their attitudes were towards me.. gave me no solutions and laughed at me.

Way too big of a queue, slowest drive thru I've seen, and it's also a parking lot, so if you parked and there's a queue in the drive thru you need to wait until it's flushed.

Terrible, the food is almost raw, the taste is not good, they are slow even though you could be the only customer, they get everything wrong most of the time, etc.

Nice customer service, but it was a little slow delivering my order (and the place was almost empty). The food could be improved, specially the potatoes !

Not good food but sometimes you want to taste again and keep reminding you still not good food

Could not pay with card. And needed to wait more than 10 minutes for just hamburger. But it tastes delicious

Good one to go with family with all the known kfc stuffs.Good locality
