HD Estampida was centrally located and easy to find. Employees were ready and eager to help us out, even given water as we looked around. Most definitely will return on my next vacation.

This a showroom for brand new Harley Davidson bikes and merchandise. Although they have options for the semi new bikes too. They provide services to the bikes as well courses to maintain the bike and organise bike trips. Services provided by them is smooth and nice so far. People are very friendly and polite. So far I experienced a very good service and customer satisfaction with them. I will highly recommend this place

I've been to this store twice, the first experience was great, attentive staff, invited to some BBQ, you know, biker stuff. The second time, salesmen were very attentive but I was immediately followed by a short saleswoman in a discreet manner as if being watched instead of helped. No more BBQs for me, although I did find what a needed. The store has more apparel than motorcycles, although their selection is great, their prices are not. I will definitely come back, just don't get too friendly with the salesmen, get what you need and don't go just to browse. Fernando is the man to talk to tough.

There is a problem with alignment in this company. Sales staff are very attentive, but service with mechanics is slow and there is a general lack of profesionalism. Instead of excellence there is an attitude mediocracy. I would not recommend getting any repairs here. For such high prices, they really need to better their processes..

Been to many harley dealers in my life time dis was d worst customer service ever. Security guard followed you like a hawk and made u feel very uncomfortable. Don't waste ur time here
