The food was cold, the fajitas were raw and not cooked well at all. The waiter was super slow. It sucked, I won't be going to that place again. I will definitely be telling my friends to not go there.

No one really helped me when popping by for a quick salad.
I've been to this Chili's twice in the last year or so when I've been in Mexico. It is incredibly slow, both the kitchen and the service staff, but the place seems to be fully staffed with three or four workers standing around at a given time. Today I was there to get a salad and remind myself of the food in the US. I had reviewed the menu at the door so I knew what I wanted but after bring seated, a server did not visit me for over 10 minutes. I didn't know if the bartender was supposed to help me, so I gave my order to him and later another server came to my table and they seemed to collaborate. It was not clear if my order was sent to the kitchen and then who was helping me. I ordered a salad with chicken strips on it and dipping sauce on the side. Fifteen minutes later I asked if the order was sent in and where it was. The food was already ready but waiting in the kitchen and it was incorrect, there was no dressing on the salad, and the chicken on top was COLD.
This ambiguity about server responsibility and the order and the lengthy time for each step is endemic in Mexico. It indicates restaurants and workers who do not have adequate standards and training leaving no one truly responsible to the customer. I felt overlooked and walked out after the salad was delivered because it was all such a mess.

There is so bad place price so high for these food . Rude stuff. Bad meals

I am American and like going to chili’s occasionally. This by far was the worst experience. Server wasn’t too bad. Food was horrible - like almost inedible. I don’t understand why people like going here. Maybe because it’s american. Please avoid the triple dipper at all cost. The chicken tenders were DISGUSTING. ( how do you ruin frozen chicken tenders??)The jalapeño poppers were just as bad. Please , please AVoid. The also played Justin Beiber on repeat- complete torture.

It's very good to be warmly greeted by the wait staff. Jonathan always makes sure I have everything I need and always makes sure everything is going well. It makes my dining experience all the more delicious. Thank you.

Highly recommended super friendly service super great food as perfect as it could get for a big Francine of the restaurant but what makes the most of a difference is that the staff are having a good time doing their job and that puts a smile on their clients keep it on

We take turns deciding where to eat out. When it comes to our two teenagers, their answer is always the same: Chili's at Oud Metha. We're vegetarian, so the menu options are rather limited - nevertheless, the girls love the veggie quesadilas stuffed with cheese, marrow and baby corn, accompanied by bottomless tostadas and iced tea. Their desserts are great too, we've tried them all! Molten chocolate cake is a firm favourite. Last week we tried the fried cheesecake which was yummy too. A shout out to Jeff - thank you for always being so welcoming and super efficient at topping us up, even before we ask : ) Your friendly service makes this Chili's special!
