This is definitely my favorite high quality grill Place. Casa Caborca (named after a well know place In Sonora for its historical cattle and a famous chid-saint from last century) offers chilled mixology according to season, personal service by its well trained staff and amazing steaks. Try their Kobe beef, their Top Ribeye ???? (their #1 seller so order quick! ) and their choices of High Choice Angus Steaks like New York, Ribeye gilet , flank steak and the Brazilian Picaña (sirloin tip) or go for the “whole enchilada ) and order their Tomahawk or Porterhouse by the ounce; grilled to your choosing or please allow the grill expert (parillero) to choose it for you. Chef Vargas is a prized Chef with ample experience under his chef hat having worked in NY and other metropolitan cities in Mexico and abroad. If your more of a chicken person here you will find the best cordon blue breaded chicken. Sides are amazing and pastas, pizza and appetizers are delicious. When I think meat I think Casa Caborca!
