Okey I place 5 stars yet could be 3 but I you know what the staff when I arrived help me out really fast and my room was ready, of course I called ahead that I was arriving really late. The first night the room needed some tweaking. But as soon I commented to the staff when I came back my room was like awesome. The bed is firm like really firm but my back o man I felt refresh every day waking at 6am energized. Small bathroom, stand up shower about 2sq ft small commode and small sink, small kitchen it my surprise couse was not mentioned but a plus, refrigerator, tv, 2 single beds, 2 small closets, no iron in room or iron board, i didn't need it but if you ask management they will provide. And a small table for too. You might need a blanket for the winter. If you get cold easily at night. Cable and wifi, parking inside building must let staff know so they can open door. To enter and exit.

first of all the staff was rude. when I walked in the person at the counter was playing with there phone and did not even pay attention to me. Secondly, the rooms where dirty and looked very old. There where a-lot of the items in the room that was broken. for example dresser drawer was broken and would not close. the bathroom door frame had termite damage. it was very unpleasant. and when i asked to change rooms they told me that they were booked. but it did not look like the were full. lastly this hotel has a closed parking structure only accessible by the guard they have there. so when you arrive at the hotel the guard has to open the gate for you and the same when you leave. so my last night i was there someone broke in my car and stuff and went i went to the front desk and told the my problem they said they cant help me. its my problem
En primer lugar, el personal fue grosero. cuando entré, la persona en el mostrador estaba jugando con el teléfono y ni siquiera me prestó atención. En segundo lugar, las habitaciones estaban sucias y parecían muy viejas. Allí había muchos artículos en la habitación que estaban rotos. por ejemplo, el cajón de la cómoda estaba roto y no cerraba. el marco de la puerta del baño tenía daños por termitas. fue muy desagradable. y cuando pedí cambiar de habitación me dijeron que estaban reservadas. pero no parecía que estuvieran llenos. Por último, este hotel tiene una estructura de estacionamiento cerrada solo accesible por el guardia que tienen allí. así que al llegar al hotel el guardia tiene que abrirle la puerta y lo mismo cuando se va. así que la última noche que estuve allí, alguien rompió mi auto y esas cosas y fui. Fui a la recepción y le dije a mi problema que dijeron que no podían ayudarme. es mi problema

I was very disappointed with the stuff . The hotel was dirty and when I went into the room everything looked old. The furniture and everything inside look like it hasn’t been replaced since the hotel open. Plus the bathroom has black mole in it.
Plus when I went to the receptionist to complain I tried talking to the person but they were busy playing with her phone and wasn’t even paying attention to me. Honestly I wish I had the option of no stars because this place doesn’t even deserve one star. I would never go to this place again and I would never recommend it .

We arrived to this place with the idea of a cheap place to stay. On that end it was the perfect place. Close to services, restaurants and attractions. The people were nice and honest. In regards of the facilities, it was a disappoinment. Extremely hard beds, dirty bathroom, furniture in bad shape an NO air conditioning. If I'm looking for an inexpensive place to crash and on a budget, this is the place. If I'm on vacation and want to have an enjoyable stay, I would look for some other accommodation some place else.

The beds are hard as rock. The bathroom had a dead mosquito squished on the wall and a piece of soap left from prior visitors on the ledge. The light by the bed is broken and didn't work. The fodo frame on the bathroom was horribly corroded and the door didn't shut. Their little kitchenette was old and mismatched. The tile around the entry door was missing. It's saving grace is that it is in a nice area with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I would call it a diva that had seen way better days.

Don’t believe the pictures! This place is horrible. When I arrived here, I thought the Uber left me in the wrong place. It is hard to tell that this place is a hotel since it has no main entrance, it literally has nothing. The room was dirty! The remote control was not working, the bathroom door didn’t closed, the bathroom was nasty, everything was bad. I ended up leaving the hotel and went somewhere else. Save your money u0026 go somewhere else.

The room's cozy, although it could be better, and the service very welcoming and polite..
The only issue i ran into was that the only way to get to the room was through the stairs (lots of em!) and my bags were too heavy so it was a complete pain in the ass both getting in and out of there.
