Not easy access, seats are very uncomfortable.
I definitely like that you’re able to see the artist on every angle, yet I feel like the stage itself is too small. But overall good.

An incredible venue! It's by far the best in Guadalajara metropolitan area and maybe one of the best in all Mexico. The structure is designed to watch and hear perfectly well from any point you are. The modern and architecture and design makes it look imponent and majestic although it's not so big, it has a capacity around 6,000 persons comfortably distributed. It has also VIP area, food service, clean toilets, easy access, good (but not the best) location, safe place, near from Guadalajara downtown, etc.

Acceptable. Nothing amazing about it. Awful parking situation. Good shows.
If you expect to dance a little bit, it'll be very hard since the space is so so sooooooo limited and the aisles are so narrow.

I came here, not knowing that that would be the greatest night of my life. I went with my partner and we enjoyed a performance by Andre Rieu and his Johann Strauss orchestra. It was the most epic show I've ever seen, and he is the Greatest Showman to live. The time here was magic.

Definitely the best venue for concerts and big events in Guadalajara. You have to arrive early if you want to avoid traffic and parking lot issues. From first row to the last one, you’re able to enjoy the event.

Best place in Jalisco to enjoy any kind of concert with good view in every angle excellent acoustic that provoque an excellent sound. The only problem it's the prices on the snacks or beer ????, is so high.

Adult beverages fairly priced, adequate washrooms. Seats are comfortable with beverage holders, but would be tight for overweight people. HVAC system was sufficient for a soldout event during a very warm evening. Dudes will get frisked (intimately). Sound was fine for a pop-punk rock band. Big screen monitors should be larger, but were the same size as those in Zappos theatre in Vegas which is a much smaller venue than Telmex in Zapopan.
