Nice walk, but not well maintained, electric wires out form they suppose to be, the beach area is never clean in this part of the city the government only cares about the old malecón area and they have forgotten the rest of the city

Lots of free parking, some neat things for the kids. The beach needed some clean up, but it is a nice place to view the pier.
