Nice modern building. Full with artefact of local Tabasco history. Is definitely worthy to visit. Very friendly English speaking security guy.
23 pesos entry fee.

Great museum about the Mayas in Tabasco. Entrance fee was 24 pesos and well worth the hour I’ve spent here. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the air-con works great! If you’re on a walk through town, it’s a great place to cool down while informing you about the history of the Mayas and watch many very interesting artefacts. Apparently, there are other expositions as well since they were preparing a painting exhibition, but at the time of my visit that part of the museum was closed to visitors, unfortunately.

Soooooo much history of Tabasco. Excellent art work. Huge museum with 3 floors. I spent 2.5 hours inside. Staff were very helpful. They also give tours of the museum. I recommend a visit

Another excellent regional museum with a collection mostly from La Venta. Unfortunately the interpretive signs are not bilingual and there are no audio guides.

This museum also has on display a codice, a rarity for mesoamerican museums.

Great museum, with a fabulous selection of mesoamerican artefacts. I'd recommend downloading Google translates for non-Spanish speakers
