Personnel is kind, the hotel's restaurant just went through renovation works. Think they are recovering from pandemic. Nice place for short stays with very basic room amenities.

Overall good value for money. Clean, simple and accesible. This is the hotel area of villahermosa, a few restaurants around this area. The hotel has a pool, which is great. Its clean and good to chill during the hot summer months. The hotel does not have a basic restaurant, which is a petty. But a simple snack breakfast is included.

Seriously they need improvement. Rooms seems old, staff as well be considered and polite. Windows rooms are awful, they are dirty and window shades malfunctioning. Breakfast was ok.

Great staff. The are helpful, efficient and give excellent customer service. Very clean, modern facility that is accessible to mall shopping, public parks, local tourist attractions and even a supermarket

So far so good, we visited downtown there's nothing interesting. There are good restaurants around this hotel. Its very basic in amenities but looks clean.

Great place to stay the night, good service, rooms are small but very comfortable and clean, hotel is nearby social places of the city
